Alexa Drake, Director of Author Services
Alexa Drake is a novelist and the Director of of Rosecliff’s Beta Reader Program, where she helps writers access the kind of thoughtful, emotionally intelligent feedback that can transform a draft.
She brings her own lived experience with hearing loss to the page, writing characters who move through the world with resilience, complexity, and heart.Outside of Rosecliff, she balances a full-time career with raising two children under the age of two — proof that she knows how to keep a lot of plates spinning and still carve out space for creativity. Her work is grounded in empathy, craft, and an insistence that every writer deserves to feel seen, supported, and taken seriously.
